Cindy Rae

Program Director

Cindy completed a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from University of Dayton, Ohio and a Bachelor’s Degree in Language Arts from Penn State.

With an interest in different cultures and languages, she studied German at the University of Cologne in Cologne, West Germany and Spanish at the University of the State of Mexico in Toluca, Mexico. Cindy’s’ primary profession was international teaching, having taught and traveled throughout Europe, Central America and Eastern Asia.

While working on a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton, she developed a Non-Profit organization to provide mental health, advocacy and education for individuals with Hepatitis C and their family members, successfully obtained funding through grants from Schering Plough, Roche and Amgen Pharmaceuticals. She participated in Awareness and Advocacy events sponsored by the American Liver Foundation in Washington DC, and spoke before members of Congress at the events.

Cindy has certifications in Trauma Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Multi-systemic Therapy; and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with Professional Licensure in Addictions Therapy in both the State of New Jersey and the State of Delaware. She is also a member of the National Association for Addiction Professionals.

Cindy has worked as a Multi-Systemic Therapist for severely abused children and their families, with teenagers, Addictions, family crisis and severe mental illness.

Cindy’s passions are working with individuals with addiction issues; with teenagers; and learning about new cultures and new languages. Originally hailing from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, she is an avid Steelers fan!

Diane Owens, M.S.W.

Assistant Program Director

Diane Owens possess a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. She has been in the field for over 14 years and has experience with seniors and adults suffering from serious and persistent mental illness and addiction issues. Diane is a strong proponent for client advocacy, especially in overcoming some of the stigmas and challenges that one may face living with Behavioral Health Issues. Diane is another voice for the client and will help solidify their voice in life. Diane looks forward to partnering with clients and developing their individual path to a successful recovery.

Galina Staroselsky, M.D.

Psychiatrist

Galina Staroselsky, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in General and Geriatric Psychiatry. She completed her residency training in Psychiatry and a Geriatric Psychiatry fellowship at UMDNJ. While pursuing her interests in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Dr. Staroselsky completed a fellowship program at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute. She has been practicing psychiatry in the Princeton NJ area for over fifteen years. Dr. Staroselsky treats a wide range of psychiatric patients including those with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD and a vast range of behavioral health diagnoses.

Jennifer Dismukes, M.D.

Psychiatrist

Jennifer Dismukes, MD is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified psychiatrist with over 25 years experience in the fields of mental health and substance abuse treatment. Dr. Dismukes has lead teams of medical and counseling providers in many settings, including inpatient, substance abuse rehabilitation, and outpatient care. Her training includes Penn State University, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a United States Armed Forces residency and fellowship. Dr. Dismukes examines the individual’s life from a holistic medical and therapeutic view. She provides a personalized treatment plan and safe space for her patients to thrive and prosper.
