Ryan Fields

Ryan Fields, M.A., L.P.C., A.C.S., N.C.C.
Chief Operating Officer & Program Director

Ryan Fields has been helping others rebuild their lives for the past 20 years. His personal goal is to help each person believe in themselves again. He has helped reunite families and provide hope to those who lost a means of hope. He provides services with the highest level of excellence, compassion and professionalism because he cares and believes in each person at Morning Glory.

Ryan is an Approved Clinical Supervisor by the Center for Credentialing and Education Incorporated and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. Ryan is a National Certified Counselor, who has experience in overseeing the following levels of behavioral health services: Partial Hospital/Partial Care Programs, Acute Partial Hospital Programs, Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, Addiction Services and Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services. In addition, Ryan has over 12 years of leadership experience in training clinicians and counselors to provide the very best to each and every individual. He completed his Master’s of Arts Degree in Psychology Clinical Concentration from Marywood University and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from King’s College. Ryan possesses counseling experience in working with adults, seniors, children and families. Some of this experience includes counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, stress-related challenges, anger-management issues, personality difficulties and substance-related problems such as alcohol and drugs.

Diane Owens, M.S.W.
Assistant Program Director

Diane Owens possess a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. She has been in the field for over 14 years and has experience with seniors and adults suffering from serious and persistent mental illness and addiction issues. Diane is a strong proponent for client advocacy, especially in overcoming some of the stigmas and challenges that one may face living with Behavioral Health Issues. Diane is another voice for the client and will help solidify their voice in life. Diane looks forward to partnering with clients and developing their individual path to a successful recovery.

Galina Staroselsky

Galina Staroselsky, M.D.
Psychiatrist

Galina Staroselsky, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in General and Geriatric Psychiatry. She completed her residency training in Psychiatry and a Geriatric Psychiatry fellowship at UMDNJ. While pursuing her interests in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Dr. Staroselsky completed a fellowship program at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute. She has been practicing psychiatry in the Princeton NJ area for over fifteen years. Dr. Staroselsky treats a wide range of psychiatric patients including those with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD and a vast range of behavioral health diagnoses.

Ella Friedman, M.D.
Psychiatrist

Ella Friedman, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry. She completed her residency training in Psychiatry at UMDNJ. She has been practicing psychiatry in the Central NJ area for over nineteen years. Dr. Friedman treats a wide range of psychiatric patients including those with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD and Schizophrenia.

Dawn Conover, L.C.S.W.
Licensed Intake Coordinator

Dawn Conover is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. She has conducted individual, group and family counseling sessions with adults and older adults suffering from various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and addiction issues, among others. She obtained both her Bachelors of Arts and Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. Additionally, she obtained a certificate in gerontology. Dawn ran a successful private practice and has worked in acute partial hospital programs, partial care programs, inpatient as well as outpatient behavioral health services. Her passion is to help people and to empower them to make positive life changes.

Jamie Jordan, L.P.N.
Program Nurse

Jamie Jordan is a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Jamie has been in the nursing field since 1989. In the past, Jamie has worked at Monmouth County Correctional Institute and has also been involved with the Geriatric Psychiatric clientele. In addition to working for Morning Glory, Jamie also does individual nursing care.

Ellen Timmeny

Ellen Timmeny, L.C.A.D.C.
MICA Specialist

Ellen Timmeny is a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Ellen has over 25 years experience including crisis intervention, inpatient, outpatient and rehabilitation services. Ellen conducts motivating group counseling sessions and helps clients gain a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.

Taylor Crosby
Outreach Coordinator

Taylor Crosby possess a double Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Political Science. Taylor’s first internship was at the American Cancer Society in a marketing position. She then went on to serve as a volunteer in South Africa under the United States Peace Corps’ Community HIV/AIDS Outreach Project. Taylor extended her work into the South African community, focusing mainly on youth empowerment and development. Taylor is a caring, dedicated individual with several years of experience in domestic and international public health outreach and development. Although Taylor has only been with the Morning Glory team for a couple of months, she has proven to be an asset to our team.

Nicole Butler
Transportation Director

Nicole oversees the driving and transportation for Morning Glory Behavioral Health. She has been with the Morning Glory Transportation team for over 9 years. Nicole is here to make sure you have a safe, reliable and comfortable transportation experience. She looks forward to assisting you with your transport to and from your counseling services. Nicole is always willing to help you in your experience at Morning Glory.
